Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na vytvoření systému měření výkonnosti ve vybrané společnosti. Je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část pojednává formou literární rešerše o vymezení klasických a moderních ukazatelů pro měření výkonnosti v podniku. Praktická část obsahuje rozbor vybrané společnosti, finanční analýzu podniku pomocí klasických ukazatelů, na které navazuje zhodnocení a kritika těchto ukazatelů. Podle slabých míst finanční analýzy je navržen nový systém měření výkonnosti za pomoci moderních ukazatelů pro měření výkonnosti. Dále je navrhnuta implementace systému měření výkonnosti do vybrané společnosti a jsou vymezeny náklady, rizika a přínosy aplikace systému. |

This Master's thesis is focused on a performance measurement system in a selected company. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is written in the form of a literature review of the traditional and modern performance indicators. The practical part consists of an analysis of a selected company, a financial analysis using the traditional performance indicators and a review with critique of these indicators which are based on the previous results. With regard to the weaknesses of previous calculations, a new performance measurement system using modern performance indicators is designed. It also suggested an implementation of a suitable performance system into a selected company with definition of costs, risks and benefits that resulted from the application of the project. |
