Hlavním cílem mé diplomové práce je zhodnotit investiční záměr ve vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na 2 části teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je charakterizována investice a investiční rozhodování, jsou uvedeny zdroje financování investic, metody hodnocení investic a investiční rizika. V praktické části je představena společnost a její hospodaření je podrobeno analýze. Poté je představen investiční záměr a zvolen vhodný typ financování investice. Následuje samotné zhodnocení investice a v závěru je uveden časový plán investice a riziková analýza. |

The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate investment project of the chosen company. The thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains the characteristics of the investment and investment decision. Sources of funding, investment evaluation methods and investment risk are also presented. The practical part introduces company and its analyzed economic situation. After that the investment plan is presented and the suitable type of investment financing is chosen. Then follows evaluation of investment and in the end is introduced time analysis and risk analysis. |
