Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem zefektivnění výrobního procesu ve firmě Tajmac-ZPS, a.s. Konkrétně řeší problém úzkého místa v meziskladu montáže obráběcích strojů a vznik nadbytečných zásob. Tato diplomová práce navazuje na mou bakalářskou práci, kterou jsem psal na téma "Analýza efektivnosti výrobního procesu ve společnosti Tajmac-ZPS, a.s.". Na základě doporučení v této bakalářské práci je vypracován projekt na optimalizaci meziskladu montáže obráběcích strojů. Tento projekt řeší implementaci nového skladového zařízení včetně návrhu nového algoritmu systému řízení práce meziskladu. V rámci tohoto projektu byly použity metody průmyslového inženýrství workshopu, brainstormingu a TOC. V teoretické části jsou popsány vybrané metody průmyslového inženýrství a v části praktické jsou vybrané metody použity v projektu implementace nového meziskladu. |

This thesis deals with streamlining of the production proces in the company Tajmac-ZPS, a.s. Specifically addresses the problem of narrow places and the emergence of excess in-ventory in the buffer stock of the machine tools. This thesis builds on my bachelor thesis that I wrote on the topic " Analysis of the effectiveness of the production proces in Taj-mac-ZPS, a.s." Based on the recomendation in this thesis is created a project to optimize the buffer stock of the machine tools. This project addresses the implementation of a new storage facility, including the design of new algorithm management systém for the storage facility. Within this project were used methods of industrial engineering such as workshop, brainstorming, TOC and 5S. The theoretical part describes selected methods of industrial engineering and in the practical part the selected methods are used in the project implemen-tation of the new buffer stock. |
