Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na implementaci zvolených metod průmyslového inženýrství, jimiž jsou 5S, TPM a SMED. V teoretické části jsou vysvětlena teoretická hlediska, která slouží pro zpracování praktické části. Praktická část je věnována představení provozu Tažírna oceli TŽ, a.s. a provedení analýzy současného stavu. Dále je zaměřena na návrh projektu implementace zvolených metod na pracoviště. Závěr obsahuje vyhodno-cení a návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení. |

The following thesis focuses on implementation of selected industrial engineering met-hods, which are the 5S, TPM and SMED. The theoretical section explains the theoretical aspects which are used for the practical one. The practical part is devoted to the presentati-on of Tažírna oceli TŽ, a.s. and analyzing the current situation. It is focused on the design of the project implementation selected methods to the workplace. The conclusion contains an evaluation , suggestions and recommendations for improvement. |
