dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práca sa zameriava na problematiku Ekonomickej pridanej hodnoty a Balanced Scorecard. Cieľom práce je implementácia Balanced Scorecard a konceptu Ekonomickej pridanej hodnoty do spoločnosti XYZ. V teoretickej časti je definovaný pojem merania výkonnosti podniku a následne sú bližšie popísané jednotlivé zavádzané koncepty. V praktickej časti je charakterizovaná spoločnosť XYZ a jej činnosť. Bola vypracovaná analýza vonkajšieho prostredia a finančná analýza spoločnosti, na ktoré nadväzuje vyčíslenie ukazovateľa EVA. Na základe týchto výsledkov je navrhnutý projekt zavedenia Ekonomickej pridanej hodnoty a Balanced Scorecard, ktorý je rozdelený na niekoľko fáz.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Diploma thesis is focusing on the issue of the Economic Value Added and Balanced Scorecard. The goal of this thesis is the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard and the concept of Economic Value Added in company XYZ. In theoretical part is defined the term of measuring business performance and after that are closely described single introduced concepts. In practical part is characterized the company XYZ and its performance. It was executed the analysis of the external environment and financial analysis of the company which generate the enumeration of the indicator EVA. On the basis of these results is designed the project of the implementation Economic Value Added and Balanced Scorecard which is divided in several phases.
