Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je vypracování strategie rozvoje Domu dětí a mládeže Astra Zlín. S využitím převážně knižních zdrojů byla zpracována teoretická část, ve které byly popsány definice volného času, charakteristiky volnočasových institucí a faktorů ovlivňující volný čas. Dále byla objasněna problematika strategie, strategického plánování, neziskových organizací a jednotlivých analýz, které byly základem pro vypracování praktické části. V rámci druhé části mé bakalářské práce byla zpracována Porterova analýza pěti sil a analýza SWOT. Výsledkem těchto analýz byly převážně informace o konkurenci, silných a slabých stránkách organizace a její příležitosti a hrozby z vnějšího okolí. Navržené řešení obsahuje, na základě provedených analýz, konkrétní strategické cíle a oblasti, na které by se organizace měla zaměřit a její opatření, které napomohou dosáhnout těchto cílů. Výsledky této práce přispějí k rozvoji Domu dětí a mládeže Astra Zlín, jeho stabilitě a konkurenceschopnosti v oblasti trávení volného času. |

The subject of my thesis is creation of a development strategy of The House of Children and Youth Astra Zlín. The theoretical part, based mainly on book sources, describes the definition of free time, the characteristics of leisure time institutions and factors which influence free time. Next, it deals with the issues of strategy, strategic planning, nonprofit organizations and individual analyses, which helped to develop the practical part. Within the second part of my thesis, a Porter's five forces analysis and a SWOT analysis were performed. The results of these analyses mainly bring information about competitors, strong and weak points of the organization, its opportunities and threats from the external environment. Based on all the analyses, the proposed solution contains particular strategic objectives and areas to focuse on, and measures to be taken to achieve these goals. The results of this work will contribute to the development of The House of Children and Youth Astra Zlín, its stability and competitiveness in the field of leisure. |
