dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací vybraného úseku montážní linky ve společnosti Škoda auto a.s. Náplní teoretické části této práce je literární rešerše z dostupných zdrojů v oblasti průmyslového inženýrství a popis metod, které přímo souvisejí s daným tématem. V analytické části je věnována pozornost především analýze současného stavu montáže, která je provedena na základě teoretické části práce. Podle výsledků analýzy jsou navržena opatření, která by měla vést ke snížení nákladů. Projektová část diplomové práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci pracovních činností vybraného úseku a reorganizaci pracovišť. V závěru diplomové práce je provedeno vyčíslení navržených přínosů a zhodnocení projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This master thesis deals with optimisation of chosen section of assembly line in Škoda auto a.s. Content of the theoretical part is literary research from available sources from the industrial engineering area and description of methods, which ale related to the topic. Analytical part in mainly focused on the analysis of the current situation of assembly line, which is made on the basis of the theoretical part. According to results of analysis there are proposed steps, which should lead to cost reduction. Project part of the master thesis is concencrated on optimisation of work activities of chosen section and reorganization of workplaces. At the end of the master thesis, quantification of improving steps and evaluation of the whole project was made.
