dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na zlepšení současného stavu na pracovišti kování a skladu kování ve vybrané firmě na výrobu oken a dveří. Cílem této práce je tedy vypracování návrhů na řešení problémů a nedostatků, které plynou z analýzy současné situace. V práci je nejdříve zpracována teoretická část, zabývající se danou problematikou. Dále následuje právě analytická část, ve které jsou použity vybrané metody průmyslového inženýrství. Poslední část je část projektová, která blíže popisuje již zmiňované návrhy. Realizace těchto návrhů by pak měla vést k čistému a přehlednému pracovišti, k ulehčení práce zaměstnancům a ke zlepšení pracovních podmínek. Dále také k eliminaci různých forem plýtvání a k vhodnějšímu uspořádání pracoviště.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis is focused on the improvement of the current situation on the workplace of forging and in the store of forging in a specific company that produces windows and doors. The aim of this thesis is to elaborate specific suggestions that should lead to the solution of the problems and shortages that are emerging from the analysis of the current situation at the workplace. Firstly, there is elaborated theoretical part that deals with the given topic. Then there follows the analytical part that uses specific methods of industrial engineering. The last part is the project part that describes the suggestions mentioned above in more details. Implementation of these suggestions should lead to the clean and organized workplace, to the facilitation of work for workers and to the improvement of the work conditions. Further, it should lead to the elimination of the various forms of wastage and to the more appropriate arrangement of layout.
