Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou internej logistiky, konkrétne rieši otázky štandardizácie v spoločnosti Česká Zbrojovka. Cieľom práce je zvýšenie konkurencieschopnosti firmy, a to najmä redukciou nákladov a zvýšením ziskovosti. Teoretickú časť tvorí rozsiahla literárna rešerše, ktorá slúži ako podklad pre praktickú časť. V tejto časti je charakterizovaná logistika, logistický systém, či oblasť skladovania a balenia. Ďalej je venovaná pozornosť manipulácii s materiálom, a to najmä manipulačným a prepravným jednotkám. Praktická časť je zameraná na popis a analýzu súčasného stavu týkajúceho sa internej logistiky v spoločnosti Česká Zbrojovka a.s. Na túto analýzu nadväzuje projektové riešenie vrátane zhodnotenia navrhnutých riešení. Všetky navrhnuté opatrenia sú odporúčané z pohľadu nákladov, a taktiež z hľadiska finančných a iných prínosov pre spoločnosť. |

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of internal logistics, specifically solves issues of standardization in the company Ceska Zbrojovka. The aim of the work is to increase the competitiveness of the company, especially by reducing costs and increasing profitability. The theoretical part consists of an extensive literature review, which is the basis for the practical part. In this part is characterized logistics, logistics system or the area of storage and packaging. Furthermore, attention is paid to material handling, especially handling and transportation units. The practical part focuses on the description and analysis of the current status regarding to internal logistics in the company Ceska Zbrojovka. This analysis continues by project solutions, including an evaluation of the proposed solutions. All the proposed measures are designed in terms of costs, and also in terms of financial and other benefits for the company. |
