dc.description.abstract	Cieľom diplomovej práce je pomocou princípov lean managementu zoštíhlenie pracoviska montáž a eliminácia foriem plytvania vo firme Ultraplast s.r.o.. Projekt je tvorený literárnou rozpravou z dostupných zdrojov z oblastí priemyselného inžinierstva, štíhlej výroby ako aj metodológiou DMAIC. V praktickej časti sa nachádza návrh optimálneho usporiadania pracoviska z hľadiska ergonómie, ktoré by malo zaistiť pozitívny vplyv na skrátenie priebežnej doby výroby a na účinnosť cyklu procesu. Na základe prevedených analýz by malo skrátenie priebežnej doby firme umožniť rýchlejšie reagovať na požiadavky zákazníka a priniesť pozitívny vplyv na pokles zásob.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The goal of this diploma thesis is to use the principles of lean management to lean work-place and eliminate forms of waste in the company Ultraplast Ltd. . The project consists of literary debate of the available resources of industrial engineering, lean manufacturing and the DMAIC methodology. In the practical part there is a proposal of the optimal arran-gement of workplace in terms of ergonomics that would ensure a positive impact on shor-tening lead times and the efficiency of the process cycle. By converting an analysis, just shortening the lead time should allow the company to respond more quickly to customer requests and bring a positive influence to decrease in inventories.
