Tato diplomová práce slouží jako podklad pro zefektivnění činnosti Zdravotnické záchranné služby Zlínského kraje, p.o. (ZZS ZK) prostřednictvím zahájení provozu Letecké záchranné služby (LZS) ve Zlínském kraji, která by měla být nedílnou součástí ZZS. Teore-tická část popisuje základní pojmy, charakteristiku příspěvkových organizací, nabývání ma-jetku a jejich finanční hospodaření. Praktická část obsahuje zhodnocení současného stavu ZZS ZK, organizační strukturu a skládá se z podrobných analýz hlavní činnosti ZZS ZK a důkazu o potřebnosti LZS ve Zlínském kraji. Projektová část je zaměřena na potřebné nále-žitosti pro vybudování LZS, návrh vhodného optimálního řešení a následné definování zá-věrečných doporučení pro ZZS ZK. |

This thesis serves as a basic for effectiveness the activities od the Emergency Medi-cal Service of region Zlin, p.o. through the opening of the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service in the region Zlin, which should be an integral part of EMS. The teoretical part describes the basic concepts, chracteristics governmental organizations acquires the proper-ty and their financial management. The practical part includes an evaluation of the current state of EMS of region Zlin, organizational structure and consists of a detailed analysis of the main activities of EMS of region Zlin and proof of the need for HEMS in the region Zlin. Project part focuses on the necessary requirements to build HEMS, design appropriate optimal solution and subsequent definition of the final recommendations for HEMS of region Zlin. |
