dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku motivace pracovníků v oblastním ředitelství společnosti OVB Allfinanz, a. s. Účinný motivační systém je pro ředitelství velmi důležitým nástrojem řízení pracovníků. Zpracování projektu zlepšení tohoto systému je proto dominantním cílem této diplomové práce. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení základních pojmů vztahujících se k problematice podněcování pracovníku k efektivní výkonnosti. Praktickou část uvozuje charakteristika společnosti OVB Allfinanz, a. s. a informace o oblastním ředitelství. Následuje analýza ředitelství formou SWOT a analýza současně používaného motivačního systému. Součástí analytických postupů je dotazníkové šetření a polostrukturovaný rozhovor s vybranými pracovníky ředitelství. Vyhodnocení výsledků provedených analýz je využito pro zpracování projektu zlepšení motivačního systému uvedené organizace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on the motivation of workers in the regional headquarters of the company OVB Allfinanz, a. s. An effective motivational system is a very important for run of headquarters. Create project of improvement of the system of motivation is the dominant objective of this thesis. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to the issue of encouraging workers to effective performance. The practical part starts with intro-duction of the OVB Allfinanz company and the regional headquarters. The next part is SWOT analysis of headquarters and analysis of currently used motivational system. The one part of the analytical procedures is survey and other part is interviews with managers of headquarters. Results of the analyses are used for create the project of improved motivational system this organization.
