dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi neúvěrového financování ve vybrané akciové společnosti prostřednictvím cizích zdrojů. Tato práce je rozdělena na 3 části, tedy teoretickou, praktickou a projektovou část. V teoretické části je zpracována literární rešerše týkající se problematiky investic, finanční analýzy a forem neúvěrového financování zahrnující leasing, faktoring a forfaiting. V praktické části je zpracována finanční analýza pro potřeby investičního záměru hodnotící finanční zdraví podniku. V projektové části jsou vypracovány možnosti neúvěrového financování konkrétní investice. Pro tyto účely jsou srovnány nabídky leasingových a faktoringových společností a je provedeno jejich zhodnocení. Tato diplomová práce je zakončena výběrem vhodné formy financování.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with proposals of the noncredit financing of the selected joint stock company. The thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, practical and project part. The theoretical part deals with the literature review which is related to the topic of investment, financial analysis and forms of noncredit financing including leasing, factoring and forfaiting. In the practical part there is a financial analysis created for the needs of the investment plan which evaluates the financial health of the company. In the project part, there are proposals of several options of noncredit financing of specific investment. Several offers of leasing and factoring companies are compared, evaluated and assesed. This thesis is concluded by selecting the most suitable form of financing of the investment.
