Cílem této diplomové práce je popis reálného fungování metod controllingu a finanční kontroly České správy sociálního zabezpečení, jejich zhodnocení a vlastní návrhy na zefektivnění. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na teorii kontroly ve veřejné správě České republiky a na zákonná vymezení této kontroly. Dále na zásady a fungování controllingu a finanční kontroly ve veřejné správě. Praktická část diplomové práce je věnována zejména finanční analýze České správy sociálního zabezpečení, dále zhodnocení metod finanční kontroly a controllingu v rámci České správy sociálního zabezpečení a některým návrhům na jejich zefektivnění. |
