dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku kriminality na území okresu Kroměříž. S využitím metod deskriptivní statistiky a regresní analýzy byla vyhodnocena vnitřní bezpečnostní situace na území okresu a identifikovány faktory ovlivňující míru kriminality. Výsledky analýz prokázaly, že problémovými oblastmi okresu jsou zejména obvodní oddělení policie Bystřice pod Hostýnem a Kroměříž, ve kterých zároveň dochází ke koncentraci klíčových kriminogenních faktorů. Výstupem práce pak je návrh strategie snižování kriminality a předložení projektových záměrů, které z této strategie vychází, a jejichž realizace by mohla vést ke zlepšení bezpečnostní situace a efektivnější kontrole kriminogenních faktorů na území okresu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on the issue of criminality in the area of Kromeriz District. There were used the methods of descriptive statistics and regressive analysis to evaluate internal safety situation in the district area and to identify factors affecting the crime rate in this thesis. The results of the analysis showed that the problem areas are the district police departments Bystrice pod Hostynem and Kromeriz. There are also concentrated the key determinants of crime rates in these police departments. The result of the thesis is a suggestion of crime reducing strategy and project intentions based on the strategy. Realization of these suggestions could have led to an improvement of safety situation and to more effective control of criminogenic factors in the area of the district.
