Bakalářská práce se věnuje dobrovolnictví a dobrovolnické organizaci Maltézská pomoc, o. p. s., která úzce spolupracuje s Dětským centrem Ostrůvek v Šumperku. Teoretická část seznamuje čtenáře s terminologií dobrovolnictví, Maltézské pomoci a managementu dobrovolnictví. Hlavním výzkumným cílem je zjištění činností dobrovolníků Maltézské pomoci, které vykonávají v Dětském centru v Šumperku. Mezi vedlejší cíle patří odhalení motivačních indikátorů, které podněcují aktivní účast v dobrovolnické činnosti. Za pomoci kvalitativního výzkumu a provedení rozhovorů s šesti respondenty odhaluje vnitřní pohnutky a motivaci k dobrovolnické činnosti. |

The bachelor thesis focuses on volunteerism and volunteer organization Maltese Aid,o.p.s., which works closely with the Children's Center Ostrůvek in Šumperk. The theoretical part acquaints readers with the terminology of volunteering, Maltese Aid and management of volunteer help. The main research objective is to determine the activities of Maltese Aid volunteers performing at the Children's Center in Šumperk. The secondary objectives include the detection of motivational indicators that encourage active participation in volunteer activities. With the help of qualitative research and conducting interviews with six respondents reveals the inner motives and motivation for volunteering. |
