dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací selfmonitoringu u osob s diabetes mellitus. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou diabetu 2. typu, selfmonitoringem a edukací diabetu. Praktická část zahrnuje vlastní průzkumné šetření v Diabetologické a interní ambulanci MUDr. Karla Křena v Hodoníně pomocí kvalitativní metody polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a přímého pozorování zaměřeného na zjištění vědomostí a dovedností z oblasti selfmonitoringu glykemie, včetně reagování vybraných probandů na výsledky měření. Také jsme zjišťovali, zda jsou probandi dostatečně vybaveni pomůc-kami a kdo probandy edukoval v této oblasti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the self-monitoring of education in patients with diabetes mellitus. The teoretical part discusses the characteristics of the second type of diabetes mellitus, self-monitoring and education. The practical part concentrates on a reseach carried out in a diabetolog and intern surgery od MUDr. Karel Křen in Hodonín. This was done throughout the qualitative method of half-constructed dialogues as well as direct ob-servations aimed at the detection of knowledge and skills from the fields of glycaemia self-monitoring, the reaction of the selected probands included. The author has also been trying to find out whether the probands have the sufficient number of aids and who has educated them in this area.
