dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se ve své teoretické části zabývá tématem české knihy, jejím vznikem a vývojem až po současnou podobu. Přes jednotlivá historická období sleduje život knihy od počátků až k 21. století. Okrajově se dotýká i zahraničního vývoje, který sehrál v existenci české knihy rovněž důležitou roli. Popisuje vznik písma, formy knihy, knihtisk, knihařské stroje, nové techniky a věnuje se umělcům a ilustrátorům, kteří růst české knihy významně podpořili. V praktické části byla vytvořena pop up kniha, která je zaměřena na netradiční zpracování abecedy společně s ilustracemi pod názvem Moje hravá abeceda.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the Czech book, its origins and development up to the present. It looks at the life of the book throughout historical eras from its beginnings to the 21st century. It partly describes the foreign development which had an important impact at the Czech book. The origins of font, the forms of the book, the invention of book printing and the printing machines and the new technologies are discussed in the thesis. A part of the thesis is also dedicated to the artists and illustrators who played a vital role in the rise of the Czech book. The practical part consists of a popup book called My Playful Alphabet which focuses on the unconventional processing of the alphabet along with the illustrations.
