dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou volného času a jeho náplní v domově pro osoby se zdravotním postižením z pohledu jeho pracovníků a klientů. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na charakteristiku osob s mentálním postižením, na problematiku volného času, a to jak z hlediska obecného, tak ve vztahu ke konkrétnímu zařízení sociálních služeb - Domovu pro osoby se zdravotním postižením BARBORKA. V praktické části seznamuje bakalářská práce s metodologickými aspekty vlastního kvalitativního šetření na bázi polostrukturovaných interview a seznamuje s jeho výsledky. Vyhodnocení bude provedeno pomocí dílčích postupů zakotvené teorie otevřeného a axiálního kódování doplněno dílčím závěrem s vlastním komentářem.

dc.description.abstract-translated	My bachelor dissertation deals with the topic of free time and its utilization in the home for disabled people considering the standpoint of its employees as well as considering the standpoint of clients. The theoretical part is aimed at the characteristics of disabled people and at the topic of free time. This is done from the general point of view as well as in the relation to the particular welfare centre Home for disabled people BARBORKA. In its practical part my bachelor dissertation deals with the free time in the home for disabled people, considering the standpoint of mentally handicapped users as well as the standpoint of employees. The assessment was performed using the enshrined theory method and completed with the partial conclusion with the own comment.
