Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na harmonizaci rodiny a zaměstnání. Teoretická část práce definuje sociálně-ekonomické aspekty slaďování obou sfér. Dále se věnuje konkrétním možnostem harmonizace ze strany rodiny a zaměstnavatele. V závěru teoretické části se práce zabývá opatřeními na podporu slaďování rodinného a pracovního života, jež jsou součástí sociální politiky státu. Praktická část práce je věnována výzkumu v konkrétní mezinárodní společnosti. Zde práce analyzuje přístupy zaměstnavatele k harmonizaci pracovního a rodinného života zaměstnanců s dětmi a následně hodnotí, zda mohou tato opatření vést k rovnováze mezi sférou zaměstnání a rodiny. |

The theme of this bachelor's thesis is the harmonisation of family and work. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the socioeconomic aspects of harmonising these two spheres of human life. Furthermore, the section discusses the possibilities of harmonisation from the perspective of family and employer. The conclusion of the theoretical part deals with measures supporting the harmonisation of family and work life, that are included in the social policy of the state. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the research executed in a specific international company. It analyses the approaches of the employer to harmoni-sation of professional and personal life of employees with children. Subsequently, this sec-tion evaluates whether the implemented measures can lead to a balance between the work and family spheres. |
