dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problémem posouzení vhodnosti integrace systému řízení jakosti v podmínkách společnosti Glass Service, a.s. Teoretická část práce poskytuje přehled o významu, výhodách a hodnocení jakosti a možné koncepci managementu jakosti. Praktická část se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí. Jsou to: analýza současného stavu jakosti ve společnosti Glass Service, a.s. a návrh dalšího možného rozvoje systému řízení jakosti dle normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2000. Výsledky diplomové práce budou použity pro rozhodnutí vedení společnosti o možném zavedení systému řízení jakosti.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The master's thesis discusses the problem, which considers appropriateness of integration of quality management system in the conditions of Glass Service company. The theoretical part of the master's thesis provides an overview of meaning, advantages and rating of quality and possible conception of quality management system. There are two main sections in the practical part of the master's thesis. There are: the analysis of current condition of quality in Glass Service company and the plan for another possible progress of quality management system according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2000 standard. The results of the master's thesis will be applicable to decision of the top management about possible loading of quality management system.	en
