dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá profesiogramem sociálního pedagoga se zaměřením na domovy pro seniory. V teoretické části se v první části pojednává o profesiografii obecně a o metodách profesiografie, zmiňuje se zde také profesiogram. Druhá část je zaměřena na profesi sociálního pedagoga. Zaměřuje se na legislativní ukotvení, na metody a oblast kompetencí a na problematiku uplatnění se na trhu práce. Ve třetí části se hovoří o domovech pro seniory. Praktická část je realizována formou kvantitativního výzkumu prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření profesiogramu sociálního pedagoga, který by mohl v budoucnu působit v domovech pro seniory právě jako sociální pedagog.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the professiogram of a social pedagogue with a focus on homes for the elderly. The theory in the first part discusses the professiography and its practical use in human resources management, as well as using the professiography in practice with professiograms. It analyzes the profession of a social pedagogue, its possible application, and also focuses on selected experts who are engaged in social pedagogy. The third part talks about the homes for the elderly where. Practical part is realized by quantitative research through a questionnaire survey. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a professiogram of a social pedagogue, which could operate in homes for the elderly in the future.
