dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku motivace žen podnikatelek k dalšímu vzdělávání. Teoretická část této práce je členěna do tří kapitol. Kapitoly teoretické části práce byly cíleně sestaveny tak, aby objasnily základní definice a termíny v oblasti této problematiky. Tyto kapitoly jsou zaměřené na oblast podnikání, motivaci a další vzdělávání. V empirické části práce je definován postup kvalitativního výzkumu a jeho metodologie pro získání výzkumných dat. Tato data byla získána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se specifickým vzorkem žen podnikatelek z této cílové skupiny. Z analýzy těchto dat bylo blíže upřesněno, jak jsou ženy podnikatelky motivovány k dalšímu vzdělá-vání a co konkrétně jejich motivaci výrazně ovlivňuje. Z výzkumu vyplynulo zjištění, že faktory, které výrazně ovlivňují motivaci k dalšímu vzdělávání u žen podnikatelek, jsou často stejné nebo velmi podobobného charakteru.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on the matters of business women motivation for further education. The theoretical part of the work is divided into three chapters. Chapters of the theoretical part were intently constructed in order to clarify basic definitions and terms of the issue in question. These chapters are focused on entrepreneurship, motivation and further educati-on. The qualitative research and its methodology for obtaining research data has been de-fined within the empirical part. These data were obtained via semistructured interviews with a specific sample of business women from the target group in question. The data ana-lysis closer specified how were business women encouraged for further education and what influenced their motivation in particular. The research has revealed that factors significantly influencing the motivation for futher education of business woman are often the same or of a very similar nature.
