dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na vzdělávání seniorů. V teoretické části se autorka ve třech kapitolách zaměřuje na stěžejní témata jako je senior, motivace a vzdělávání seniorů, objasňuje cíle a význam edukace seniorů. Současně se věnuje motivačním teoriím a hierarchii potřeb. Empirickou část tvoří kvantitativní výzkum, který je realizován formou dotazníkového šetření. Autorka zde prezentuje vlastní studii zabývající se postojem seniorů ke vzdělávání a souvislostí motivace s jejich předchozím dosaženým vzděláním, s místem bydliště a dále pak zájmem jako motivační silou.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on the education of seniors. In the theoretical part the author concentrates in three chapters on crucial topics, such as seniors, motivation and education of seniors, she clarifies objectives and significance of educating seniors. At the same time, she deals with motivational theories and hierarchy of needs. The empirical part consists of quantitative research which is carried out in the form of a questionnaire. The author presents her study in respect of the attitude of the elderly to education and a connection between motivation and the level of education achieved, place of residence and interest as a motivational force.
