Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou podnikového vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Cílem této práce je zmapování účasti zaměstnanců v podnikovém vzdělávání, vyhodnocení těchto vzdělávacích procesů a na základě zjištění navrhnout doporučení, která mohou vést ke zvýšení kvality vzdělávání zaměstnanců v Českém statistickém úřadě. Teoretická část je zaměřená na vymezení základních pojmů z podnikového vzdělávání, kde většina textu se věnuje čtyřem fázím systematického cyklu podnikového vzdělávání. V praktické části je provedena analýza systému vzdělávání zaměstnanců v Českém statistickém úřadě a na základě výsledků kvantitativního výzkumu provedeného dotazníkovým šetřením jsou formulovány návrhy, vyplývající z výsledků výzkumu. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the problematic of firm education of the employees. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to map the participation of the employees in firm education, evaluation of these educational processes and based on the findings to suggest the recommendations that can lead to the increase in the quality of education of the employees at the Czech Statistical Office. The theoretical part focuses on determination of the basic terms from the field of firm education where the majority part of the text is dedicated to four stages of the systematic cycle of the firm education. There is an analysis carried out of the system of education of the employees at the Czech Statistical Office and based on the results of the quantitative research carried out by a questionnaire investigation there are suggestions formulated arising from the results of the research. |
