dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá podnikovým vzděláváním zaměstnanců se zaměřením na motivaci a bariéry spjaté s tímto vzděláváním. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, z části teoretické a části empirické. První část popisuje tento fenomén teoreticky, kde se ve třech kapitolách zabýváme deskripcí a specifikou dané problematiky s využitím odborné literatury českých a zahraničních autorů. Čtvrtá kapitola teoreticky popisuje vzdělávání zkoumaného podniku dle interních norem podniku a vzdělávací instituce. Praktická část se v dalších dvou kapitolách zabývá výzkumem, kde zkoumáme zejména souvislosti mezi motivací a bariérami k podnikovému vzdělávání pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Cílem bakalářské práce s názvem "Motivace a bariéry ve vzdělávání zaměstnanců Českých drah " je zjistit, co motivuje zaměstnance v podnikovém vzdělávání a co jim naopak ve vzdělávání brání.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with business education of workers, and it is focusing on motivation and barriers associated with this type of educating. This thesis consists of two parts, the first one is theoretical and the second one is empirical. The first part contains three chapters. There is the description and the specifics of the issue using scientific literature written by Czech and foreign authors. The fourth chapter theoretically describes the education of the company according to internal standards of enterprise and educational institutions.
