dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá dalším vzděláváním zaměstnanců pracujících v sociálních službách, a to vzděláváním s konkrétní tématikou, kterou jsou práva seniorů. Teoretická část popisuje obecně sociální služby a neziskové organizace. Zmiňuje legislativu a standardy týkající se sociálních služeb. Práce dále popisuje řízení lidských zdrojů v dané oblasti a specifika vzdělávání zaměstnanců sociálních služeb. Krátce je zmíněno i téma stáří a stárnutí. Na závěr teoretické části jsou popsány situační analýzy. V praktické části jsou zpracovány analýzy týkající se mikro a makro prostředí organizace XY a potřeb dalšího vzdělávání zaměstnanců této organizace. Na základě výsledků analýz je vytvořen projekt odborného vzdělávání, který sestává ze tří přednášek z oblasti práv seniorů. Součástí projektu je výběrové řízení na agenturu, která vzdělání zajistí, nákladová analýza, riziková analýza a časový plán projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis go into continuing education of employees working in social services, specifi-cally the theme of the rights of the elderly. The theoretical part describes the general social services, non-profit organizations, legisla-tion and standardisations for social services. The thesis also describes the management of human resources in the scope and specifies education of social service employees. It is shortly mentioned topic of senescence and aging. The end of theoretical part describes the situation analysis. The practical part presents analyzes on the macro and micro environment of the organiza-tion XY and needs further training of employees of this organization. Based on the results of analyzes a education project is created. It consists of three courses on the rights of the elderly. The project includes a tender for an agency ensuring this courses, cost analysis, risk analysis and project planning.
