dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření u pracovníků v sociálních službách, pracujících s uživateli s mentálním postižením. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice syndromu vyhoření se zaměřením na pracovníky v pomáhajících profesí. V jedné z kapitol se věnujeme pracovníkům pomáhajících profesí, respektive pracovníkům v sociálních službách. Vzhledem k tématu práce specifikujeme pojem mentální postižení a stručně vymezujeme typologii sociálních služeb. Praktická část popisuje kvantitativní výzkum realizovaný záměrným výběrem. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, zda existuje vztah mezi mírou vyhoření pracovníků v sociálních službách a délkou praxe a stavem sociální opory na pracovišti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This dissertation deals with the burnout syndrome of the workers in a social services working with mentally handicapped clients. The theoretical part dedicates of the problems of the burn out syndrom focus on the worker in helping professions. In one of the chapter we pay attention to the workers in the helping profession, more precisely to the social services workers. The practical part describes the quantitative research realised by an intentional choice. The aim of the research is to find out if there exists a relation between the rate of the burnout of the workers in a social services and the length of the practise and the condition of a social support in the workplace.
