dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce "Sociální práce a etika v jednání sociálního pracovníka se zabývá sociální práci a etikou v jednání sociálního pracovníka, jak v teoretické, tak i praktické rovině. Sjednocuje pohled na sociální práci ve vztahu k sociální pedagogice, společnosti a také představuje její regionální rozměr. Profesní etika je představována ve spojitosti se sociální prací a také etickým kodexem, který je považován za základ každého sociálního pracovníka. Etika patří ke kompetencím, která je velmi důležitá v sociální práci. Kvantitativní výzkum ukázal, že je sociálními pracovníky uplatňována etika v sociální práci a to jak při práci s jednotlivcem, tak i rodinou. Dalším zajímavým zjištěním je, že u 25% sociálních pracovníků je někdy obtížné uvažovat eticky a to především při práci s rodinou a skupinou. U jednotlivců a komunity nebyla tato fakta zjištěna.

dc.description.abstract-translated	My thesis is called "The Social Work and Ethics in Social Worker´s Behaviour" deals with social work and ethics in social worker´s behaviour in theoretical as well as practical field. It integrates the general look at social work in accordance with social pedagogy, society and it also represents its regional dimension. Professional ethics is introduced in connection with social work as well as social ethic code, which is considered to be the basis of each social worker. Ethics is one of the competences, which is very important for social work. Quantitative research has, proved that ethics is applied in social work with an individual person and also with a family. Another interesting finding out shows that it is sometimes difficult to think ethically with 25% of social workers especially when working with a group or a family. Such finding out has not been ascertained with individual persons or community.
