dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá dobrovolnictvím a motivací k dobrovolnictví u Integrovaného záchranného systému a Hasičského záchranného sboru. Zaměřuje se na významné oblasti, které mají vliv na motivaci vedoucí příslušníky sboru k dobročinnosti ve spojitosti s povoláním záchranáře. Diplomová práce vymezuje pojmy hodnoty života, smyslu vykonávané práce, štěstí a lidské podpory. Z poznatků uvedených v teoretické části vychází následně část praktická. Při výzkumném projektu byl použitý standardizovaný dotazník zaměřený na motivaci k dobrovolnictví. Respondenty byli příslušníci Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky a Policie České republiky. Cílem kvantitativního výzkumu je na základě získaných dat určit a objasnit motivační faktory vedoucí k dobrovolné činnosti. Závěrečná část obsahuje vyhodnocení výsledků výzkumu a přijetí závěrů a doporučení pro praxi.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with a volunteering and a motivation to do it in terms of the Integrated Rescue System and Fire Rescue Service. The diploma thesis focuses on the factors which influence the motivation of the members of the Fire Rescue Service to do the volunteer work. The thesis refers to terms such as value of life, the purpose of volunteering, happiness and human support. The practical part of the thesis deals with the findings stated in the theoretic part of this diploma thesis. To gain all the information needed, I used a standardized questionary focused on the motivation for volunteering. The respondents were the members of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and the members of the Police of the Czech Republic. The aim of a quantitative research is to analyse the gained data and to determine the factors which motivate the firefighters to do the volunteer work. The final part of the diploma thesis contains the evaluation of research findings, conclusions and recommendation for the praxis.
