dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahy mladých lidí k seniorům a jejich názory na stáří. V teoretické části vymezuji za použití odborné literatury základní pojmy týkající se stárnutí, stáří, gerontopedagogiky, gerontologie a ageismu. Dále se věnuji charakteristice adolescence a vztahům adolescentů k jejich okolí. Praktická část přibližuje průběh a výsledky výzkumu zrealizovaného formou dotazníkového šetření u studentů gymnázia, jiné střední školy ukončené maturitní zkouškou a odborného učiliště, jehož cílem bylo zmapovat postoje mladých lidí ke stáří.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the relationship of youth to senior citizens and their opinions on age. The theoretical part provides with usage of expert literature basic terms connected with aging, age, gerontol pedagogic, gerontology and ageism. It also pays attention to characteristic of adolescence and relationship of the adolescents to their surrounding. The practical part enlightens the duration and results of the research, which was realized in form of survey amongst the students at high school, different secondary school ending with the same leaving exams and training school, and its goal was to map the attitude of youth to the old people.
