dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je teoreticko empirického charakteru a zaměřuje se na zařazování dětí mladších tří let do prostředí mateřské školy. V teoretické části jsou vymezena stěžejní teoretická východiska z oblasti institucionální péče o děti do tří let s akcentem na vývojová specifika těchto dětí. Empirická část práce se věnuje kvalitativně orientovanému výzkumu, který byl realizován prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných interview s učitelkami mateřských škol. Hlavním cílem tohoto výzkumu pak bylo odhalit, jaké jsou zkušenosti učitelek se zařazováním dvouletých dětí do tříd běžných mateřských škol.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis is conceived as a theoretical-empirical and it focuses on the inclusion of children under three years of age in the kindergarten environment. The theoretical part explains the crucial theoretical bases of institutional care for children up to three years with an emphasis on developmental specifics of these children. The empirical part focuses quali-tative oriented research, which was conducted through semi-structured interviews with teachers from state kindergartens. The main aim of this research was to expose the experi-ences of teachers with inclusion of two years children into regular kindergarten classes.
