dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku vnímané sociální opory u seniorů. Teoretická část se zabývá procesem stáří a stárnutí, vymezuje pojmy a periodizace tohoto období, popisuje biologické, psychické a sociální změny ve stáří, definuje sociální oporu, její druhy, úrovně a účinky. Vymezuje sociální oporu ve vtahu k cílové skupině, popisuje potřeby seniora, jeho sociální síť. Cílem výzkumné části bylo zjistit, jak vnímají senioři žijící v domovech pro seniory sociální oporu včetně jejích jednotlivých složek. Snahou bylo popsat rozdíly ve vnímání anticipované sociální opory se zřetelem k vybraným charakteristikám. Míra sociální opory byla zjišťována s využitím standardizovaného dotazníku MOS.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Bachelor's dissertation focuses on the issue of the perceived social support for the elderly. The theoretical part deals with the process of old age and aging; defines the terminology and the periodization of this phase; describes the biological, psychological and social changes that take place in old age; and defines social support, its types, levels and effects. It defines the social support in relation to the target group; describes the needs of the elderly; and its social network. The objective of the research was to find out how senior citizens living in homes for the elderly perceive social support, including its individual components. The aim was to describe the differences in the perception of the expected social support with respect to selected characteristics. The extent of social support was assessed using a standardized MOS questionnaire.
