Ve své bakalářské práci se věnuji problematice psychických úskalí pomáhajících profesí. Pojem pomáhající profese je poměrně obecný a proto jsem zvolila konkrétnější profesi pracovníků v sociálních službách. Cílem bakalářské práce bude zjistit ohrožující psychické a sociální vlivy, kterým jsou pracovníci v sociálních službách vystaveni. Teoretická část se bude věnovat definicím pojmu pomáhající profese, vymezení pojmu sociální služby a ohrožujícím vlivům, které na pracovníky mohou působit. Poslední kapitolou teoretické části je vymezení pojmu syndrom vyhoření a možnosti prevence tohoto onemocnění. Praktická část práce se věnuje výzkumným metodám, které byly použity. V závěru práce dojde k vyhodnocení získaných dat a provedeného výzkumu. |

In my bachelor's thesis I deal with the problematics of psychological difficulties of assisting professions. Since the term of assisting occupation is very wide, I target my thesis on the social service profession. The objective of my bachelor thesis is to find out harmful psychological and social influences that affect social services workers. The theoretical part deals with definition of the term of assisting profession, circumscription of the term of so-cial services and harmful influences, which may affect the workers. The burn-out syndrome description as well as possibilities of prevention of this disease is the last chapter of the theoretical part. The practical part deals with exploratory methods, which were set for my bachelor's thesis. At the end of my thesis I evaluate the dates gained from the research. |
