dc.description.abstract	Bakalářské práce sronává možné formy financování pro firmu ČAS, s.r.o. Jelikož se jedná o malou společnost, práce se převážně zaměřuje na způsob financování leasingem a úvěrem, což jsou v dnešní době jediné alternativy financování majetku pro malé a střední podnikatele. Představují jednu z nejdostupnějších a nejlevnějších forem financování v případě, že nemají dostatek vlastních zdrojů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my bachelor thesis I focused on comparison of different possible forms of financing while purchasing long-time tangible property in the firm ČAS, Ltd. I wanted to recommend company management which form of financing is the best for them. I founded that there are two possible form of financing (leasing and loan) and this forms I compare in this bachelor thesis. Leasing introduces one of the most available and the cheapest form of financing suitable for small entrepreneurs today as loan.
