dc.description.abstract	Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou a návrhom zlepšenia konkurencia schopnosti a ekonomickej výkonnosti vo firme Rona a.s. Na základe teoretických poznatkov je formulovaná problematika oblasti konkurencia schopnosti a ekonomickej výkonnosti. V analytickej časti je podľa vykonanej analýzy konkurencie a štúdií vnútropodnikových materiálov zhodnotená úroveň konkurencia schopnosti a ekonomickej výkonnosti firmy. Výsledkom tejto práce sú navrhnuté riešenia pre spoločnosť Rona a.s. v ekonomickej výkonnosti a konkurencia schopnosti

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work is focused on the analysis of the competitive position and economic performance of the Rona Joint Stock Company with the aim to set the proposals how to increase competitive advantages and efficiency of the company. On the basis of theoretic background there are identified main issues influencing the company in these areas. In the second analytical part there is carried out the analysis of the company’s competitive level and the study of the internal materials, which together enables to evaluate as the current competitive position as the economic performance of the company. The results of the work are taken as the proposed solutions for the Rona Joint Stock Company in the fields of competitive position and economic performance.
