Autorka v úvodě provádí literární rešerši dostupných zdrojů k tématu public relations a společenské odpovědnosti firem. Na základě teoretických znalostí je v praktické částí práce provedena analýza public relations v praxi, a to ve firmě VUMAT SK s.r.o., kde se zaobírá jejími klíčovými skupinami, hodnotí prvky firemní identity a image společnosti z pohledu jejich zákazníků. Dále zpracovává nástroje public relations využívané v této společnosti a jejich vztah ke společenské odpovědnosti. Pomocí různých kritérií hodnotí konkurenční postavení firmy z hlediska využívaní PR aktivit v konkurenčních firmách. V rámci provedené analýzy jsou navržena možná zdokonalení pro firmu v oblasti public relations, které by vedli ke zlepšení a konkurenceschopnosti firmy. |

In the introduction author makes research about the topic public relations and social responsibility of the companies from available literary sources. In the second part of the thesis, on the behalf of theoretical knowledge, is completed an analysis of public relations used in praxis in the company VUMAT SK. The main issues of the analysis are key groups, divided points of company’s identity and valuated company’s image from the point of view of their customers. Next the usage of public relations tools and their relation to the social responsibility is distributed in this company. Selected criteria are serving to valuate the competitive situation of the company from the view of practicing PR activities in competitive companies. According to the theoretical knowledge and prepared analysis at the end of the thesis are advised recommendations for the company, which should lead to the improvement of their public relations and competitive advantages. |
