dc.description.abstract	Informační systémy mají v současné době stále větší význam pro všechny organizace, které chtějí v současném ekonomickém prostředí prosperovat. Každá organizace, nechce-li zůstat pozadu, musí tyto systémy pořizovat, vyhodnocovat, případně inovovat - a to ve shodě s posledními vývojovými trendy v informačních technologiích. Moderní informační systémy v dnešní době umožňují nejen centralizaci a urychlení všech procesů, ale také zefektivnění vnitropodnikové komunikace. V diplomové práci je zpracována rešerše se zaměřením na vývoj a implementaci informačních systémů. Následovně je provedena analýza vnitropodnikových procesů v Překladatelské agentuře Zelenka. Na základě této analýzy je navržen projekt vývoje a zavedení informačního systému. Celý systém by měl sloužit jako účinný nástroj, pomocí kterého bude agentura schopna pokrýt plánování a řízení všech podnikových procesů a to na všech úrovních od strategické až po operativní.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Information systems at the present time have a constantly larger significance for all organisations that want to prosper in the current economic environment. Every organisation has to procure, evaluate and possibly innovate these systems if it doesn’t want to lag behind – and it must do so in harmony with the latest trends in development in information technology. Modern information systems these days enable not only the centralisation and quickening of all processes, but also make internal company communication more effective. In the thesis there is information processed focusing on the development and implementation of information systems. There is a subsequent analysis of internal company processes in the Zelenka translation agency. Based on these analyses, a plan for development and introduction of an information system is proposed. The whole system should serve as an effective tool, by the help of which the agency will be able to cover the planning and running of all company processes, and will be able to do so at all levels from strategic to operative.
