dc.description.abstract	Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám analýzou problémů současného upořádání vnitropodnikového skladu ve společnosti Mitas a. s. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky týkající se významu vnitropodnikového skladového systému a jeho řízení. Dále zahrnuje také doporučení k řízení vnitropodnikových materiálových a informačních toků. Praktická část obsahuje detailní rozbor dnešního systému organizace meziskladů surových běhounů a definuje příčiny současných problémů. Vlastní projektová část je založena na popisu a následném porovnání výhodnosti dvou možných řešení nového upořádání meziskladů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my master thesis I am dealing with analyzing the problems of the current lay-out of the Intradepartmental strorage area in the Mitas a.s. company. The theoretical part summarize knowledge concerning to importance of the intradepartmental strorage area system and it’s controling. Also include the recommendations to controling the intradepartmental material and information flows. Practical part contains detail analysis of a system how the storage areas of the treads are managing nowadays. I define reasons of the current problems. Project part itself is based on description and following appreciation of the two possible ways of the new storage area la-out.
