dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce bylo vypracovat literární studii na dané téma a navrhnout vstřikovací formu víčka. Byla vytvořena parametrická sestava formy pro rychloběžné vstřikování v programu Autodesk Inventor 6 s použitím normalizovaných součástí renomovaných firem HASCO, DME, STRACK, GÜNTHER a FESTO. Dále byly provedeny analýzy vstřikovacího procesu s akcentem na chlazení, které vedly k výsledné koncepci formy. Pro analýzy vstřikovacího procesu bylo použito programu Moldflow Plastics Insight 4.1. Vybrané části formy byly podrobeny mechanické analýze, pomocí programu COSMOS DesignSTAR 3.0.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main purpose of this work is create literary study of the theme, that was given, and design injection mould of cover. In this work was created parametric configuration of the mould, for high-speed injection, with using software called Autodesk Inventor 6 and normalizing components of renowned companies HASCO, DME, STRACK, GÜNTHER and FESTO. After next was realized analysis of injection process, with accent of refrigeration. It was important for final conception of the form. For analysis injection process was used software called Moldflow Plastics Insight 4.1. Finally was selected some parts of the form and implemented mechanical analysis with using software called COSMOS DesignSTAR 3.0.
