dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části se například zabývám podstatou nákladů, druhy nákladů, rozdílem mezi pojetím nákladů z finančního a manažerského hlediska. V praktické části se blíže seznámíme s firmou Jelínek, s. r. o. a se strukturou nákladů této firmy. Poté provedu meziroční srovnání nákladů podniku a porovnání nákladů s odvětvím. Následně navrhnu některá opatření k úspoře nákladů podniku. A porovnám náklady před navrhnutými opatřeními a po těchto opatřeních.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma work is divided into two parts: theoretical part and practical part. For example in theoretical part I am engaged in gist of costs, kinds of costs, difference between financial and managerial conception of costs. In practical part we will acquaint with company Jelínek, s. r. o. and with structure of costs of this company. Then I will do comparison of costs among years and comparison with branch. Then I´ll suggest some measures to cost optimalization of company. And I´ll compare costs before suggested measures and after these measures.
