dc.description.abstract	Předmětem mé diplomové práce je transformace účetní závěrky společnosti Kovonax spol. s r. o. za rok 2003 sestavené dle českých účetních předpisů na závěrku sestavenou dle Mezinárodních standardů účetního výkaznictví a vliv této transformace na finanční analýzu. Práci jsem rozdělil do tří částí. V první teoretické části objasňuji důvody harmonizace účetnictví, charakterizuji hlavní účetní systémy, popisuji vybrané Mezinárodní standardy účetního výkaznictví a v závěru této části charakterizuji ukazatele finanční analýzy. Ve druhé analytické části jsem transformoval účetní závěrku a provedl finanční analýzu jako východisko pro projektovou část. V závěrečné projektové části jsou uvedeny jednotlivé transformované účetní výkazy v souladu s IAS/IFRS a jsou zde uvedeny základní body projektového řešení přechodu na Mezinárodní standardy účetního výkaznictví.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of my master thesis is transformation of financial statements of Kovonax spol. s r. o. into financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and influence of this transformation on financial analysis. The master thesis is devided in three parts. In the first, theoretical part, I explain the reasons of the process of standardization and harmonization, describe the structure of IAS/IFRS, introduce the main standards and present necessary characteristics of financial analysis. In the second, analytical part, there are transformed separate statements and is made financial analysis as a starting-points for project. In the last, project part, there are demonstrated separate financial statements in accordance with IAS/IFRS and there are characterized the main points of implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards.
