dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá vyhodnocením ekonomické efektivnosti vybrané investice ve společnosti XYZ, s. r. o. a skládá se ze třech částí. První teoretická část je zaměřena na základní teoretické poznatky hodnocení investic. V druhé analytické části jsou vypracovány různé analýzy pro podporu projektu. V třetí projektové části jsou určeny základní faktory pro vyhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti. Dále obsahuje samotné vyhodnocení investice a možná rizika, které mají vliv na správný odhad pesimistické a optimistické varianty vývoje peněžních příjmů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Master thesis deals with the evaluation of economic effectiveness selected investment in the company XYZ, s. r. o. and consists of three parts. The first part is specialized in elemental theoretical knowledge evaluation of investment. In the second part, there are worked up several analyses for project support. In the third project part, there are determined elemental factors of evaluation of economic effectiveness that in addition contains self-evaluation of investment and potential risks. These risks have an influence on proper estimation of pessimistic and optimistic variant of cash flow progress.
