dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení efektivnosti finančních prostředků vynaložených z prostředků aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti v působnosti Úřadu práce v Uherském Hradišti. Pro uvedení do problematiky je v teoretické části stručný popis fungování trhu práce a nezaměstnanosti. Poté je pozornost soustředěna přímo na politiku zaměstnanosti – k čemu tato politika slouží, které instituce ji zabezpečují a jak se dělí, dále obsahuje podrobnější popis jednotlivých nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Praktická část je zaměřena přímo na okres Uherské Hradiště se snahou o analýzu výsledků jednotlivých nástrojů politiky zaměstnanosti v daném regionu v letech 2000 – 2004 společně s efektivností rekvalifikací. V návrhové části je konkrétní hypotetický příklad důkazem, že prostředky vynaložené na aktivní politiku zaměstnanosti se skutečně vyplácejí a přinášejí pozitivní výsledky. Poslední kapitola se zabývá návrhy na zvýšení účinnosti aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti a rekvalifikací.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of diploma work is the evaluation of the effectiveness of financial means expended from the means of the active employment policy in the competence of the Job Centre in Uherské Hradiště. For initiating to the problems there is the concise description of working of the labour market and unemployment in the theoretical part. Then the attention is concentrated directly on employment policy – what it provides, which institutions provide it and how it is devided. Further it contains closed description of single instruments of the active employment policy. The functional part is focused directly on the district of Uherské Hradiště with the effort to analyse the results of single instruments of this policy in this region in years 2000 – 2004 together with the effectiveness of retrainings. In the proposal part there is the factual hypothetic example which demonstrates that the means expended on the active employment policy surely pay and bring positive results. The last chapter deals with suggestions on increasing of the effectiveness of the active employment policy.
