dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku postavení ženy v kontextu její příslušnosti k určité společenské vrstvě, náboženství či etniku. Jejím cílem je shrnout nejdůležitější otázky a navrhnout některá možná řešení. Autorka popisuje postavení žen v rodině a ve společnosti a porovnává situaci v České republice s ostatními zeměmi. Zaměřuje se na možnost sladění zaměstnání a péče o rodinu. Za nejdůležitější považuje změnu stereotypního chápání genderových rolí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of woman´s status in context with her position in society, confession or ethnic origin. Its aim is to sum up the most important problems and to suggest possible solutions. The author describes the role of women in family and society comparing the situation in the Czech Republic with other countries and concentrates on dilemma of work and household realignment. The author terms the change of gender roles´ stereotyped conception the most important.
