dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá mediační a probační službou, jako novým fenoménem v rámci restorativní justice. Poukazuje na její výchovnou funkci při alternativním řešením trestních věcí, probačním dohledu při výkonu trestů nespojených s odnětím svobody a při procesu resocializace u osob propuštěných z výkonu trestu. Je zde popsán vývoj a současnost mediace a probace v západoevropských zemích a v ČR, problémy s uplatňováním v praxi a možnosti jejich řešení. Práce je složena ze tří částí a dělena do osmi kapitol, které tvoří kostru celé práce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor work deals with mediation and probation service, which is a new phenomenon on the field of restorative justice. It refers to its educational function by an alternative solution of criminal causes, probation supervision during the execution of punishments, which don´t use imprisonment, and by the action of resocialization by people who were released from prison. The development and the present situation of mediaton and probation in West European countries And in Czech republic, the problems with using them in practice and possibilities of their solution are described here. The written work consists of three parts and is divided into eight chapters, which constitute the framework of the whole work.
