dc.description.abstract	Cílem práce je vymezení učitelské profese z pohledu získaných teoretických poznatků, se zaměřením na stručný historický vývoj profese, typologie učitelů, prestiže, myšlení a postoje učitelů, charakteristiky osobnosti učitele a vztah učitele a žáka. Snahou je získat primární informace o učitelské profesi, vlivu osobnosti učitele na vzdělávací proces a analyzovat vztah žáka k učiteli v současné době a jeho využití při rozvíjení osobnosti učitele.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The goal of the work is to determine the teaching profession from the point of view of theoretical information. We will focus on a brief historical evolution of the profession, typology of teachers, prestige, thinking and attitude of teachers, characterization of the teacher´s personality and relation between teacher and student. Our quest is to get primary information about teaching profession, about the influence of the teacher´s personality on the educational process and to analyse relation of student and teacher in contemporary times and its application for the development of teacher´s personality.
