dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá správní exekucí peněžitých sankcí ukládaných orgány obcí. V teoretické části objasňuje základní pojmy, možnosti ukládání sankcí orgány obcí a následně jednotlivé způsoby exekucí na peněžitá plnění a jejich faktickou realizaci. V praktické části jsou analyzovány možnosti a rizika faktické realizace správní exekuce sankcí ukládaných orgány obcí. Cílem je charakteristika a vyhodnocení kladů a záporů jednotlivých postupů a zhodnocení stávající právní úpravy.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the administrative execution of pecuniary sanctions imposed by municipal authorities. In the theoretical part there are explained the basic concepts, the facilities for the imposition of pecuniary sanctions by municipal authorities, and consequently the individual ways of levying the payment duties and their practicalrealization. The practical part analyzes the possibilities and risks of the factual realization of the administrative execution of pecuniary sanctions imposed by municipal authorities. The main target of this work is to characterize and assess the pros and cons of the individual procedures and to evaluate the existing legal rules.	en
