dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí analýzy rizik získat informace o rizicích, které se mohou ve vybrané společnosti objevit, a následně na tyto rizika užít preventivní opatření ke zlepšení stavu. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy z oblasti prevence a analýzy rizik, uvedeny některé metody analýzy rizik a předložen legislativní základ problematiky řešení problematiky bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. V části praktické je představen analyzovaný podnik a provedena analýza rizik společnosti pomocí SWOT analýzy a dotazníkového šetření. Na základě provedených analýz jsou na-vrhnuta řešení ke zlepšení stavu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Goal of this bachelor thesis is gathering information about risks that can occur in a selected company with risk analysis and then apply preventive measures and improve current state. The theoritical part explains basic terms of risk prevention and analysis, lists selected methods of risk analysis and describes legislative basics of occupational safety and health. The practical part introduces chosen company with SWOT risk analysis and completing the questionnaire used for taking summary of company risks. As a result of this research is suggested list of single steps to improve current state.
