dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zavádění inovací v krizovém řízení. Po-pisuje vznik a význam pojmu "entrepreneur" a od něj odvozeného pojmu "entrepreneurship". Práce představuje entrepreneurship jako proces, který je vždy spojen s rizikem, a současně vysvětluje rozdíl mezi podnikáním a samotným enrepreneurshipem. Zahrnuje současný význam inovační činnosti v podnicích. Praktická část je pak věnována vzniku a vývoji agrokomplexu "Mansurovo" v Kurské oblasti v Rusku. Popisuje rizika související se zaváděním inovací a představuje způsoby jejich eliminace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of innovation in crisis management. It describes the origin and meaning of the term "entrepreneur" and deriving from it "entrepreneurship" notion. Entrepreneurship is described here as a process always associated with risk. The thesis also explains the difference between business and entrepreneurship, describes the contemporary significance of innovation activities in the enterprises. The practical part is sdevoted to the formation and evolution of "Mansurovo" agribusiness in Kursk region, Russia. It describes the risks associated with the introduction of innovati-on and presents their elimination.
